Can I set the Contact Default Tax Fields for Sales/Purchase Settings

The Default tax fields for Sales/Purchase Settings for a Xero Contact highlighted here:

are not currently exposed through the Xero API so we are not able to read these or update them using fmAccounting Link (Xero Edition). Any changes to these fields must be done through the Xero web application.
