Troubleshooting the FMP URL Protocol
[N.B. This article only applies to fmESignature Link v1.36 or earlier]
You can verify that your fmp url calls are working correctly by opening fmESignature Link (DocuSign Edition) then clicking on following link:
Depending on which web browser you are using you might get a prompt like this one that appears on Google Chrome:
If this is successful it should open FileMaker Pro and then run the About fmESignature Link script which creates a new window showing the About fmESignature Link layout like this:
You can click the Close button when this appears.
