Making Payment Optional

You can control whether a DocuSign Payment is optional or not by setting the required property for the Formula Tab to either true or false:

When the Required field is set to true the DocuSign Payment becomes mandatory and recipients must complete the payment section in order to complete the envelope/agreement. The only button is to Pay & Finish when the Payment appears after signing the document:

When the Required field is set to false the DocuSign Payment becomes optional and recipients have the option to complete the payment section after signing the document. They are presented with both the Pay & Finish button and the Send Without Payment button:
