Can I Disable the Mobile Friendly Option for a Request

If you have enabled the option in your DocuSign admin account to Allow recipients to view mobile-friendly documents with responsive signing signers will see the "Mobile Friendly" view when they view the document to be signed on a smartphone such as the iPhone. A toggle to enable/disable the Mobile Friendly view appears in the top left hand corner:

Some documents don't look great with the default Mobile Friendly option enabled, so you either ask your signers to toggle this off or you can disable this on a per Request basis in fmESignature Link v1.44 or later. We've added this checkbox:

that when selected will turn off the responsive document feature for the envelope and they won't have the ability to toggle this on:
