Upload Bills Business Validation Error

When uploading a new Bill from the fmAccounting Link (QuickBooks Online Edition) file you might encounter the following error:

You will get this error if you have ticked the Billable checkbox for a line item on the Bill but have not enabled the 'Make expenses and items billable' setting. You can untick the Billable checkbox and it should upload successfully, or you can modify the Account Settings to enable expense items to be flagged as billable.
