Can I change the Sender of the DocuSign Request?

The Sender of the Docusign Request is determined by the Docusign User that was used to authenticate with the Docusign API when setting up your Account Settings record. The name and email address corresponding to the sending Docusign user account will always be shown on/for sent envelopes.

If you want to change the Sender we recommend you use the JWT Grant and the Send on Behalf Of feature to dynamically impersonate the different account users and to send on their behalf.
